01 / BWC ADVISORY GROUP — GOLDEN, COLORADO
Grow revenue.Improve profitability.Accelerate time-to-market.
BWC Advisory Group helps founder-led and growth-stage technology companies fix what's stalling revenue and build an engine that scales — predictably, and on purpose.
02 / CHALLENGES WE SOLVE
The problems that keep revenue from scaling.
Most of the companies BWC works with are stuck on one of four things. The work starts by naming which — and what to do about it first.
01
Growth has stalled — and no one can say why.
Revenue has plateaued, the pipeline looks full, and the forecast still misses. You need a clear read on where the engine is leaking and what to fix first.
02
The sales motion won't scale.
What worked founder-led breaks at the next stage. Reps ramp slowly, deals stall, and the number depends on a few heroes instead of a repeatable system.
03
The channel isn't producing.
Partners were meant to be a growth lever and became overhead. Programs, distribution, and alliances have to be designed to actually move revenue.
04
AI is a mandate without a plan.
The board wants an AI story. You need to know what's real, what the team is ready for, and which workflows to automate first — before spending on the wrong thing.
03 / HOW WE HELP
Five ways we turn stalled growth into a scalable engine.
Each engagement targets the constraint holding revenue back, then builds the system that removes it — from focused advisory to fractional revenue leadership and board service.

05 / About BWC
Who's behind the work.

Bruce Chumley
Founder & Principal
BWC Advisory Group exists to help technology companies build commercial organizations that scale.
The firm advises selected founder-led and growth-stage companies on revenue strategy, go-to-market execution, channel development, and AI-enabled workflow automation. The goal in every engagement is the same: a more disciplined, scalable, and predictable revenue engine.
That counsel comes from the operator's seat, not the sideline. Founder and principal Bruce Chumley has spent 25+ years leading enterprise sales, global channel ecosystems, and revenue organizations — at Fortune 500 scale (Oracle, Hitachi Data Systems) and at growth-stage speed — so the advice is grounded in having actually built the thing.
He is a board member at Qualified & Co and studied at IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland. Based in Golden, Colorado, he works with a small number of founder-led and growth-stage companies at a time.
Why BWC Advisory Group
Operator first. Every practice area maps to work Bruce has done in the seat: enterprise sales, global channel ecosystems, and revenue leadership across eight technology companies.
Fortune 500 to founder-led. He has built at Oracle and Hitachi scale and at growth-stage speed, and knows which lessons transfer and which do not.
Principal-led, by design. BWC advises selected companies. The person you engage is the person who does the work.
The whole revenue engine. Strategy through execution, treated as one system: go-to-market, pricing, channel, AI workflow, and the team to run it.
Bruce’s career has been built around one consistent theme: creating commercial organizations that scale. BWC brings that conviction to every engagement. Predictable revenue comes from discipline in pipeline, forecasting, and operating cadence, not from heroics.
